If tey did that war would be declared on them within hours. Also I have been to Iran multiple times because my family lives there. My family also fled there because of the regime but guess what it was the U.S government that basically put the Ayatollah into power in the first place starting with the CIA overthrowing Mossadeq.

@tjohn1986 I've been to Iran at least 4 times. I don't believe I ever said America caused World War II. I said that policies that were exercised created an environment which led to Hitler being elected which resulted in World War II. But let's not forget that America did not get involved until the Japanese attacked, but why did they attack? Because we had an embargo on them and they couldn't get any oil. Trade sanctions and embargoes and blockades are acts of war.
