I have been doing this since 1995 when I was 14. lol It does work though! To the people that said it melted your eyeliner you held it on too long. Knock the tip off and resharpen it. Not a biggie.

if you use a qtip to dry your waterline. then you apply and put a black shadow on top of it. it will work great!
