First Malfunction (Skydive)

This is my first mal [beers on tonight]. I had a brake release and it threw me into line twists, which it was obvious that no amount of kicking was going to rectify. So when my reserve opened I wasn't quite stable and it went between my legs and whipped me over. To say it was violent was an understatement... I literally couldn't see shit all for a few seconds, and the doctor told me I pulled my back. The reserve ride was pretty agonising. And we had to bribe a local to get my canopy back... only in Africa.
