@bbalfour LG also calls their overscan "Just Scan". It is fine if you have only 16:9 content, but with 4:3 content it stretches the picture to 16:9 instead of its native aspect (as seen when watching over-the-air digital tv).

Overscan can be tricky...I know for a fact Samsung "overscan" is called "Just Scan"...
