  • I was put on anti-depressants because my anxiety and depression gave me insomnia. It's helped with the sleep disorder but now I have no motivation to do anything. I miss my super creative bouts, now just keeping the house clean seems enough. I have yet to be diagnosed as hypomanic. But I think I just might be.

  • Yes, I believe this to be true. I have been "getting away" with living in hypomania for a while - but it gets perilously close to mania at times. I refuse to be mentally blunted, so I'm not the easiest patient on the ward. peace
