Halo1 took the most individual skill out of all the others. Halo2 wasn't even what they were going for. Halo3 was the Halo they had invisioned for 2, and while its more team based than the others. ITS COMPLETE HORSE SHIT. Every other game of MLG you get cheated in, go into any other playlist and that puts me to sleep! MLG is the only reason H3 is hot. if there was no MLG H3 would be a noob fest with less cheaters.

halo 3 - teamwork > skill

course all 3 required both it's merely a matter of how much

@unrealbarney halo 1 had the best campaign out of all the halos. halo 2 campaign was bad and i still havent even started the halo 3 campaign. i never got the chance to play halo 2 online but it looks pretty hawt

Being able to double shot and BXR adds to the skill gap. It adds another feature to the game which in turn requires more skill for the game. If you are at your level of competition, games could go either way because of teamwork but in H2 you could single handedly outshoot your opponents with these BXRs and double shots and quad shots. Also H2 teamwork existed more than you think.

i cant believe how you can say that halo 2 takes more skill than halo 3?! if you can quad shoot with the BR in H2 you can win almost every br battle, even against 2 players in they cant quad shoot, the hitbox is just so big that all you have to do is to shoot and the hitbox will do the rest!

halo 3 you need a MUCH steadier BR and more accuracy on every weapon, except rockets.. dont get me wrong i LOVE halo 2 but its just that halo 3 takes more individual skill AND teamwork and i really like it!

@Pr0metheu5 The thing about Halo2 was wrong, Halo2 had the best campaign of all halos. And the multiplayer (If there wasn't any cheaters of course) required more skill than any other halo game. To begin with the most unskilled but still powered weapon of all, the assault rifle duh, wasn't there. The maps were made in a way that there weren't so many campers as there are in Halo3. And the weapons registered the shots very smoothly, making the host/lag thing not so bad.
