Hello :) I am very new to eyeshadows. Can you recommend an eyeshadow quad that has similar colours to the ones you used in this video? (Although I'm not sure if they would work with my skin colour - I'm from South Asia, with a golden-tan skin tone). :)

what goes good with the kitten eyeshadow something light ?

It depends on what look you are going for and also your skin colour. If you are anything like Megan's colouring, I use it as a medium shade (as in with this look I used a light, medium and dark shade). If on Summer or myself, I use it as the light or hilighter shade. It's great with browns, and peachy/orange colours. It's very versatile and neutral though.

If I know I am going to be photographed, I concentrate on my foundation being perfect, that I don't look too shiny! This look would be suitable for graduation photos.
