I've owned a 1911. Love it! However I still have my G17. In fact I just took it on a date to the grocery store.

Nice video and shooting. I think the G 17 is an outstanding firearm and Blackhawk makes a great holster.

Does this drop leg system have a problem with crawling down your leg then pulling on your belt?

@Jarhead484 go for glock! Higher capacity, and more upgrades for it.

@jarhead48l4 get a GLOCK u will not regret it.. i own Glock 17 and Glock 36 and no problems in 14 years on my G17 AND 3YEARS ON MY G36 easy going even with cheap ammo!

Both have merit. The decision comes down to personal preference and what you want to do with it. A G17 is certainly cheaper to feed.
