I wouldn't be surprised if he does get faster, but, folks, stairs are very hard and very dangerous. Hard to practice them because they're all different in terms of height and width of the steps. Notice that he keeps his weight way back on the pads-this risks him falling backwards onto the edges of the steps. Of course, then there's the dare-devils on their T6s doing stuff like this all day. It takes a youth-oriented mindset. Me? I got my broken bones all done with 40 years ago, er, I hope.

The thing about this attempt is that a rider must have tremendous balance and control. Any trikke rider knows that if you put too much "back" you do a wheelie. Bad news on these steps! Then, if you put too much weight "forward" you risk going over the handlebars. Again bad news! Excellent job of maintaining that delicate balance on such a tedious terrain.
