@Herbo2k11 no, i just wasnt trying to do an accurate bicycle kick. i was just trying to show people what it would look like, not how to be accurate, so no it wasnt an excuse.

@darthvaderroxs well when i first started getting the hang of it not at all, because it was thrilling:) but if you do it to much and repeatedly then u can get burns on your back from the ground or some bruises but if you land a little diagnol and partially on your side , and not flat on your back, then you'll be fine:)

p.s. look at other vids of pros doin them and watch how they land, it helped me:)
