you actually have to measure the voltage level of you "normal" adapter with multimeter. All standard adaptors give not exactly 9V (could be 8,5; 8; or even 10 or 10,5) With distortions it's quite the same if you use higher voltage, but for delays for example you have to use exactly 9V. Otherwise pedal doesn't work. The current in mA give you only the information of maximum electrical load of adaptor, or "how many pedals it can serve for".

Does not sound like the SD-1 has any real potential... I'll just keep my 80' TS-9 with 4558D chip...

can i use normal adaptor with the pedal it's got output 9 volt and 300mA 3.6VA(max)??? as i dont wanna buy any boss adaptors
do all grounds go to the sleeve of the input and/or output jacks?

yes, all grounds are connected together, including the input and output jacks.
