I hope David makes it big in the WWE.

Ronnie was around 46 or so here, David in his 30's and either so it does not make sense to compare them at this state of time, but Ronnie for sure was much stronger he has a max out Record of 600 Lb's for 1 rep, David on the other hand has not benched 600 pounds yet, there fore Coleman's stats are higher.

otunga goes alot deeper too... amazing strength, but we all know coleman can bench more...
-
@marknev30 he was here in anaheim today 1/16/2012 at my local 24 hour fitness gym getting an early workout before tonight's wwe raw event at the honda center, and i highly doubt you would've even dared say any of that to him

Great Video

@Erikpc Actually Ronnie has done 545lbs for 12 resp with ease and then he would jump and do 200lbs dumbbell flat press for 12 reps. Ronnie always does his exercises in 12 reps.
SO this ain't nothing but a peanut for him.

Don't make fool to other 315lbs and 15rep don't make foollll

@AznAndy562 what i believe an my theory is that it really don't matter if ronnie does'nt lockout our david only goes half-way....either way your getting stronger. david bench is 315 going halfway an ronnie bench probably 500-600 never locking out, so you have to look at the positive side to all this that these guys must be doing something right if they can lift that much.
-
type in ronnie coleman 200 pounds
and then see whos the man^^
-
ronnie doesnt lock out as it keeps tension and strain on the chest. when you lock out it gives you a kinda break per rep
I think the maker of this video and David Otunga should be ashamed. Here we have good ol' Ronnie Coleman, who's just pressing for warm up/ pump in his chest. We all know that Coleman does 495lbs for 5 repps, and yet Coleman claims he was stronger when he was younger. I mean, c'mon: the guy is soon 46 years old of age. And even at that age he would bench the crap out of David. this is just retarded and stupid.

That guys reps were half reps, its way harder goin 2 inches further and actually touching the chest.Ronnie was by no means trying his strongest bench
