The INSPIRE Leadership Program is a three year women's empowerment program which focuses on professional and academic development as well as camaraderie between the student participants. The program is divided into three cohorts (sophomore, junior, and senior) of up to 20 students that meets bimonthly, each following a unique curriculum collaboratively developed by the students and the cohort facilitator at the beginning of the year.

INSPIRE students attend and participate in conferences, obtain internships, perform group volunteer work, and mentor high school students during their last year in the program.
