Arthritis and joint problems are common in dogs as they grow older. They limit their activity and cause great discomfort. But a growing number of veterinarians are treating bone and joint problems in dogs with stem cells derived from the animal's fat tissue. As VOA's Julia Ritchey reports, this stem cell therapy might hold promise for humans.
