they knew that the show was going to be over when laura bell left, and her contract was extended twice
bailey was cast through a reality show
the whole thing was kind of a joke they were doing it for publicity obviously they weren't going to handle it like a serious audition for the part
they already had becky standby for the national tour
they just wanted to give bailey a glimpse of fame - make some girls dream come true, before they got on with the real thing before they moved onto the tour

Three things:
1. STOP COMPARING REPLACEMENT ELLES TO LBB! Its very annoying. Yes, LBB originated the role and was phenominal; but she's gone so get over it.
2. BAILEY IS VERY GOOD (IF NOT BETTER) THAN LBB! If she was bad, she would not have been chosen over Autumn*
3. THE SHOW CLOSED BECAUSE OF TICKET SALES, NOT BAILEY! The show was in deep water even while Laura was still there. This was an amazing show; and it will be missed, but don't blame the closing on one person:)

The reason the show closed is not because Laura left and Bailey took her place, blaming Bailey for the show closing is rude and absolutely ridiculous. Ticket sales were already low. Think about it - people think this show is a joke. Legally Blonde is not for everyone. When I tell people about the show, they think the fact that they made Legally Blonde into a musical is hilarious. It's the unfortunate reality of the situation. I personally loved it when I saw it and wish that it hadn't closed :(

@GodzLittleRocker The show didn't close because Laura left. The whole reason behind the reality show was to draw attention to the show because ticket sales were low.

I'm the biggest LBTM fan there is, and if I don't hate Bailey, neither should you, she awesome! Laura Bell beats her out but about 80% But shes still amazing, i mean shes so cute as the part to I love her.
