Cathkin & Rutherglen High Schools

This video shows construction work, as of March 2007, on the new Cathkin & Rutherglen High Schools in Holmhills Wood Community Park Cambuslang Glasgow. The 'Cathkin High' operational at the time (the pink building slightly south of the site) is shown for reference.

The two new schools opened for business on Monday 20th October 2008 and I understand that the old Cathkin High (pictured) will be demolished and replaced by private flats.
