Anthony Bryant Tristen Johnson Jr.
Anthony came into the world on February 22, 2008 in Ohio.
His father planned on never being in his sons life. But after finding out he'd have to pay $1100 in child support a month Anthony Johnson Sr. decided to start visiting his son.
Anthony Sr. was to have his son for their first overnight visit on August 10th 2009. Anthony Jr.'s mother brought him to his father's house as planned.
On August 11th when she returned to pick up her son she had a verbal disagreement with Anthony Sr. He refused to let her see her son.
Anthony Jr.'s mother left that day without her son.
On August 13th 2009 Anthony Sr. brought his son to the Marymount hospital and told doctors that his son had fallen.
Anthony Sr. showed no concern towards his son. He said he'd tried to wake his son up from a nap but his body was limp.
Sadly...
Anthony Bryant Tristen Johnson Jr. had already gained his angel wings.
13 month old Anthony had multiple bruises and injuries including contusions on his cheek and forehead.
Anthony Jr. had died of blunt force trauma to the head.
Anthony Johnson Sr. was arrested and charged with endangering children and aggravated murder.
He had been convicted once before in 1994 of felonious assault .
Anthony Johnson Sr. was sentenced to 33 years to life in prison.

@Stefandthecity100 Yes. In prison child abusers are housed seperately from the general population and given special treatment to gaurantee their safety. He is not paying adequately for his crimes in prison; but we are paying even more to protect him in prison than we do for the majority of prisoners. Child abusers should be housed with the general population. If they die or suffer abuse, like the child did, oh well, they should have considered the possible reprecussions of their actions.

I hope his dad is having fun in jail. You do know what they do to child abusers and murderers in prison right? Even hardened criminals have a conscience when it comes to children, RIP Anthony <3

@charlottebaby3 He refused to let her see her son. Perhaps it had already happened? I agree, the Mom should have called. But hind site is 20/20. I am sure she didnt think the man killed his own son. I agree with you, he is a piece of shit.

the mother should have called the police when he refused to give her her son, then this wouldnt have happend. aside from that i cant immagine the pain she has to go through now. rip baby boy such a sin that your life was taken by such a low life just so he didnt have to pay . about time i seen one of these on here that got more than 5 years. 33 years looks good on him. piece of shit.

All because he didn't want to pay child support? what a cheap peice of shit!!! took away a precious little baby cause he didn't want to pay child support? I am disgusted and pissed off now and to the mother no offense but I would of never left without my child I am sorry there is no way a man who didn't want to pay child support or be there for the kid, would ever tell me i couldn't have my son back oh no he'd be holding his nuts as he was falling to the floor if he ever said that to me.
