There is actually a reproductive advantage for women to have an orgasm during sex. If she comes during sex she'll want to do it more often, increasing chances of conception lol :P

Biologically, there's no advantage to a woman reaching orgasm. Whereas for men, their meant to orgasm as a tool of reproduction. Therefore a woman having oragsm is just irrelevante:/
