I'm sorry, it was not my intention to insult you guys! I know it from my own experience, that achieving a certain level in snaredrumming (and piping) ist not easy, but within 3 months of practicing one should be able performing more than simple rolls on the drum ;-)

btw: if you read the further comments, you see that I'm not alone with my opinion!
