Noise is a completely seperate genre from grind and has existed many MANY years before grind even existed (Arguably the first noise piece was made in 1918 by Luigi Russolo).

Noisecore does not have anything in common with grindcore except for the "-core" suffix. How about you try listening to a grindcore band like Dahmer or Agathocles and then compare them to this band or deche-charge? Would you still consider this band grind? I doubt it.
