  • appreciate the shout out and completely agree with you, muscle building is a long process - i see people bulk for 3 months to cut for 3 months and it becomes redundant and un effective! Bulk to hit a good goal - like I did then cut to the conditioning you desire! Appreciate the support TMW you know I got your back! ;)
