I make a pumpkin cheesecake every year - it's an easy recipe, it has a sugar cookie dough crust!! it's SOOOO GOOD. There are never any leftovers of it, it always all goes!!!!!!!! Search "Pumpkin cheesecake squares" on allrecipes. com. Another good recipe is from food. com, "pumpkin spritz cookies". Cookies you make using a cookie press. Again, fun & easy!! =) Nice job on your foods!!
