cool i found a different way in the meantime, it's not near as seamless and smooth but just using picassa, thanks for the inspiration! take it easy

@foolclip actually all i did was take 3 pictures, in photoshop i lined up the eyes nose and mouth. then i put them in movie maker on a windows PC and faded each picture together. it was just a little project i did a few eyars ago.

i've hit a place in my life where i am happy i am at. i laught at all the people who look at me in the gym and poke fun at my weight, seeing me work out and get good cardio. because in my heart i know i can do this for once in my life, and loose my weight not to fit in like everyone else but so i can grow up and have a family and live with them for as long as i can, and this video... it shows me that i'm not alone, and that if you can do it so can i. thankyou.

well, to be honest my girlfriend and i broke up and i didn't have a desire to eat, and to work off the stress i went to the gym 5 days a week for 2 hours a day. i was also in a phys ed course at the college i go to which showed me how to eat and work out properly. it's all about building a habit. burn more calories than you consume and you'll lose weight fast.
