A sample workout of some of the movements we perform at my http://www.just4ubootcamp.com/redlands/
The workout starts with 10 burpees , 10 push ups, and 10 jump squats for 10 rounds. All of these moves are advanced moves and can be made easier by using your knees on the pushups and not jumping on the jump squat which makes it a regular squat. Redlands personal trainer
