Vic Reeves and Bob Mortimer hit Johnny Vegas with a tranquilizer as an experiment. Hilarious clip from the BBC talk / variety show Shooting Stars.

  • "Stop hitting meh..." LOL I love Johnny Vegas :D

  • @Fireodeath I know your comment is a year old, but it's recieved a large amount of "Thumbs Up". Does the name "Television Lisense" not give you a cluce? You have a license for your television(s) which states that your television(s) may recieve a broadcast signal. Since these clips are on YouTube, the BBC has every right to make money from advertisments placed before, after, next to or in said clips.

  • I guess you could say

    *sunglasses*

    They really were SHOOTING STARS

    yeaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah

  • @AnnatarYoung what has that got to do with this video?

  • @shibzy0tennant his he's accent funneh?

  • Guess that's true guys... Oh well :)

  • @Fireodeath BBC Worldwide mate, it's the profitable arm of the BBC.

  • @catbat06 And also as the license fee would increase if it had to encompass youtube as well. I think a few seconds of advertising is better than that...

  • @Fireodeath oh, and also, bbc worldwide is the commercial arm of the bbc which earns money through means other than the license fee. So that's another reason.

  • @Fireodeath because youtube isn't owned by bbc. iplayer, which is, has no ads.

  • @dangitcarn I don't think it's possible to restrict ads on YouTube to only appear in certain countries, besides if they want to make money they can, it's only an advertisement.

  • @DarrelHerring But TV licence money funds the BBC. Hence why they have no advertising on their broadcast channels. I do see your point about it being on youtube. But why don't the BBC only display adverts to those outside of the UK!?
