  • @MrCowlvin hes a useless coach,no doubt hed have wasted everyones time correcting minute differences in patterns you could do in class.

  • @krypekeeper everybodies bones are harder than a red brick

  • @zenpixel thats because it is easy when your hands are toughened,he put little speed in that punch and used no sine wave bullshit.

  • @ bradman158 at a seminar I attended ( and graded under him) in N. Ireland he didn't do any breaking but 4 sum reason he kept back fisting the ( solid concrete wall) every 2 minutes lol it was very loud lol
