  • I'm not going to comment on this video. But need an advice from you. I have installed Capture NX2 and Im a newby for this software. The problem is I cant open RAW images from the NX2. "cannot load file" massage appears when i click on a RAW image. But for Jpeg images there aren't any problems. So could you help me to sort out this problem as Im new to this.

    Thx

  • @knightmpw Hi - unfortunately I do not use NX2 at all - no insights for you.

  • Hey Nikon guy how are?

One question I want to get into wedding photography business and I really like Nikon cameras but I have no idea what model to buy, any suggestion Will be appreciate

    Thank you

  • @noep99 Hi - are you very experienced with photography? I would not suggest jumping in to wedding photography before you are ready. You can shoot a wedding with any nikon or canon camera - it is all about knowing how to use it.

  • Have to say mate, didn't know how to take you at first, but now that I have listened to what you have had to say, I like your views. I have subscribed to you here and 'liked' your Facebook page. Well done, keep being informative!

  • @LannyNov good to hear!

  • @knightmpw You need to update the software so it can read the RAW files. I'm guessing you're shooting with a newer camera.

  • D3X has a tweaked Sony sensor. I have Sony Alpha A900 24.5 megapixel. Same resolution, same 5 fps, but it has built in IS and its 1/3rd the price :P

  • i can't even afford a D3100! lol..

  • For that kind of money, I expect to have sex with it...

  • @Xyb3rTeCh you sound like a real professional.

  • id much rather the D3s... i always shoot low light...

  • had a feeling that the one on the left was the D3X *hmmmmm*

  • Just like holding a paint brush doesn't make you an artist neither does holding a 10K DSLR. You become an artist and once you've arrived you then find the need to increase your pallet to reach a more precise interchange between your art and it's full potential to continue to evolve ! So stop wasting time looking for new gear and get out and create something. When you'r tools have reached their full potential come back and look for newer more advanced tools! Good Luck and thanks! Let's go shoot

  • I have watched many of your videos and enjoyed them as well as picked up a few helpful bits of info. I do wish to share something with your viewers that you more then likely already know. Much of what you get has far less to do with the gear then it does the practice the expertise and luck. Yep a D3, D3s or D3x won't yield any better a photo print then a D40 or a D90 in the hands of someone that hasn't reached a the level to obtain the very best from the kit they choose to use. Continued:

  • You won't go wrong for Nikon D3s for shooting weddings. Flash is not always needed.

Save the money and buy the ATG AK1 Un-Tethered Systems.

It supports both cameras as well as many Nikon, Leica, Canon, Olympus, Pentax and Sony.

It the world's first that supports live-view wirelessly to pc.

My grand-kids are using on Nikon D50/D90/D7000/D300s.
