it can be debated training attack after 90 is useless thats just how jagex made it

ok well 90 attack and 99 makes no difference to me when i had 90 i hit just as accurate as i am now pking and on monsters

ok here's why, att helps you hit mroe offten, strength helps you hit higher end of story, it can't be debated thats how jagex made things out to be.

every 1 says that with 99 str u hit one 30 and 5 0s but with 99 attack you hit 1 30 and 5 0s

thats not true personally i had 99 str before attack and i was hitting just like i am right now when i was 80 attack(now 99)

the only time i hit differently is on metal drags or on other players with good armor
