I googled the "Shanda" story and they put what happen in Detail and after reading it i wish i didnt, how could (not 1 but 4) teenagers do this to a 12 year old, Reading what they did disgusted me and what disgusted me even more was a few of the girls got released i hope the one in jail now ROTS she seems the most Disgusting out of the Four! I agree that this world is really fucked up. Those two little shits that beat that baby boy to death and left his body on train tracks to be mutilated should have remained in prison for life rather than just eight years! Mary Bell also should have never been released after only thirteen years and it specifically disturbs me even more to know that she is even permitted to run a daycare! Life imprisonment is precisely what they deserve!!

What a screwed up country we have become. The "Land of the Free" now imprisons more of it's population than any country anywhere in history. Who are they? innocent kids who smoked a marijuana cigarette make up 80%. Totally harmless. Meanwhile violent criminals who murder? Not enough room for them. Not enough time to even catch them . We gotta worryi about someone who thought he was free enough to smoke a harmless joint.
Why? Big lobbyist & Crooked politicians perpetrated the biggest lie ever!

At the time of there arrest, none of these girls were in possession of narcotics. Holding them until the completion of their sentence simply can't be justified. For every known marijuana smoker, twenty remain hidden. When all have been rooted out, then punishment can be meet-ed out equally. Before that, these small injustices will have to continue

some people go to jail for things like stealing prostitution using drugs yet paedophiles and child murderers get soft sentences especially in england these child killers should never be freed its disgusting .i cant believe it that in america they let the killers of shanda free usually they are tough on this kind of thing shame on the judges who set them free.maybe if it happened to their kids it would be a different story

In corrections, early release is based on the likelihood of re offending. Murder is in many cases a "one time" offense. Those mostly likely to break the law again are marijuana smokers. This is why the drug offender must take president over all other criminals. Marijuana smokers are beyond reform. Our Drug Czar feels there is no choice but mass executions. Beginning now, it will require decades of killing everyday!
