Tariq Fatah of the Canadian Muslim Council debates CAIR Canada in a CTV news interview recently about the project to build an Islamic center at a site hit on 9/11. Can you tell me which one is the secular Muslim?

  • Canadians are lucky. They have the best Beer, the best sports and now the best Muslims. Why can't British and French Muslims be moderate like Mr. Fatah? :(

  • Fatah is honest, the other guy is just about propaganda and playing victim.

  • @Neon241 I think the problem here as Tarek (who IS a Muslim) has said (either here or in another video I watched today), is that the Muslims who chose the spot for the mosque *deliberately* chose to build close to the site of 9/11. Unfortunately, it is a tradition that when Islam has a military victory, it builds a mosque on site to mark the victory. The choice of site for this mosque is disturbing, at the least.

  • In 1998 CAIR founder Omar Ahmad told the San Ramon Valley Herald, "Islam isn't in America to be equal to any other faith, but to become dominant. The Koran should be the highest authority in America, and Islam the only accepted religion on Earth."

  • tarq fateh is victim of his personal problems..he suffered a lot in dictatorship. but his views are bullshit like him...blatant lies... sharia here means to practice religion in US and Canada ,not to run or legislate laws in the state being minority.... well paid drunk lunatic...

  • I think I know what the problem is here. It starts with Re and ends with ligion. :-)

  • Ishaan Garde is clearly attempting to stay away from a proper debate. At first he refuses to give Tariq space to speak and later he simply rolls his head and eyes.

  • Moved why? How can these innocent mulims be accountable to the action of an individual who claimed to be one of them?

How can Christians hold accountable for what the crusaders did in the past? They can't !!!

    You see.

  • Mr Gardi is a Pakistani, And Mr Fatah is Indian. This speaks volumes about the differences in culture between the two countries!

  • @dakulol

Mr Fatah is an Indian Muslim, British muslims tend to be Pakistani and Bangladeshi. Thats the difference!
