I was bored and in a "speed runny" mood today, so I picked up Spring Breeze in Kirby Superstar for Super Nintendo and played around with this. I only spent about 2 hours on this (strategy making and practicing included) run all together, so I'm rather proud of it considering the short amount of time put into it. I do have a few notes on each particular stage though.
-Green Greens-
This stage wasn't bad. My biggest mistakes were easily "fixed" with quick thinking afterwards. I ran across the top of Whispy Wood's fight because of lag. Sorry. The fight is good, however. (Or however good you can consider repeated bomb chucking)
-Float Islands-
The beginning was a little strange. I decided to throw the bomb on purpose just to throw it and catch myself before landing in the water. I messed up in the cave by the ice bear thing with the breakable blocks and gordo. I was supposed to bomb the bottom blocks and slide under, but I jumped on accident and had to then jump over the remaining blocks and Gordo to save time before my next slide opportunity. I also clipped the wall after eating the invincibility candy, but that's nothing major.
-Bubbly Clouds-
I hate this level so much. A lot of things can go wrong here. I don't think I'll list my mistakes on this level, so I'll list what I thought was nice. I went through the "star room" with the enemies and two pieces of food very smoothly. Usually I screw that room up. during the fight with the first eye ball guy (sorry about forgetting his name) I performed some neat bounce tricks with the sword. At the end, I love how my partner ended up killing the giant eye cloud thingy, which saved an immense amount of time after the error. =)
-Mt. Dedede-
Not much to be said here. My partner kept hitting King Dedede causing him to gain invincibility. This made it so I could not repeat the rock smash strategy. that is why this particular fight is slow.
-Extras-
The first music track was chosen by AzureDreams777 as a delayed request track. I did not have a reason to use it until now. I have no idea what it's called or where it comes from, so please do not ask me. The second should be obvious if you're a Kirby Superstar fan. ;)
Thanks to ncb1221 for downloading the first track for me when my computer would not allow it!
I had to pick custom music because there was an error with the sound. I figured it would liven the video more than simply muting the clips. I hope no one minds.
I do plan to give you guys more Kirby Superstar in the future. I completed this as a "test run" to see what you guys think of the game. If you like to see this game, let me know.
This is sped up.
I know because I've seen many speed ups in my days.

Then I regret to inform you that you're not as reputable as you think you are, sir. ;)

Kirby Superstar for Super Nintendo plays pretty fast. Maybe you're used to the DS version? =p
