It's actually fine so long as you have an anti-static wrist strap or have recently discharged yourself on a grounded metal object

this is quite a "low end budjet" mobo... i hated this mobo for some reason.. 1st, its only a 8x 8x on CF.. not worth it...

It depends of case. If case is big enough system fan is not necessery.
