on day 3, kanbei OR max build a tank on their most NE base (for kanbei), and N base (for max)

It's the "Wanted Monster" battle theme from Metal Saga.
Basically it's the boss theme, it's just that almost all bosses in the game are 1) optional and 2) classified as Wanted Monsters.
