  • A quick advice for you my dear, put more time into excersing (meaning hitting the gym) and change of diet with daily meal intakes. Increase take of vegetables and water. Most of all forge those bars it's just being lazy and it doesn't work. No offence or anything my advice are strictly helpful tips it's just that it gets to me when people say they want to lose weight but don't take the intented actions.

  • I have been working petty hard..Lost 8 pounds so far... I hit the gym everyday, so Im on it.. If i cant get to the gym ill do something before bed.Thanks for your advice!!!!

  • Fat.... Fat ....Well i don't see anything wrong with you girl you look good, i am around 205 but with a baby (well after having twins) belly and i wish i could be as divafied as you. But you can do it stay focused and drive really fast past fast food places.

  • Hey Nicole...Aside from working out at your complex do you have a gym membership? Maybe we can go to 24hr fitness together or something. I know you have your personal trainer at home, but maybe I will join the journey with you, I want to lose 20 pounds too!   • I think I want one at the new 24 hour cause I like the Suana, and Yoga... So i think I will get one maybe do 3days there and 2 days at my complex, cause I have to admit the gym is SICK..lol I cant wait to see your hair

    At least vegetarian for about a month.

    I went vegan for life and I lost 30 pounds!

    It's not even like you don't get to eat anymore.

    The soy meats/dairy etc. tastes exactly the same

  • Careful with the slimfast. The one unpleasant side effect is horrid constipation...

  • a good tip is to not buy/eat anything with ingredients that you can't pronounce. the more natural and organic, the better for you.

    be sure to do weights too because some people do all cardio and lose a ton of weight, but a lot of it is muscle-loss. people burn more calories post-workout from weight-lifting vs. cardio. both are good though.

    try cycling. i took a 6-week class at a community college and i absolutely loved it! challenging and effective.

  • Personally you look great, no need to lose weight just cut out the fatty and fried foods and you will feel better but you look good!!!!!
