I really like this interview.Randleman displays the attitude of a serious athlete.Very calm,Humble yet direct in his intentions.As a person he seems to more balanced here than in the past.He only had two fights after this interview in which he lost both.But believe it or not he is a much better fighter than he ever was.Because his intentions were different.His preparation & fighting flowed from the quality's as stated above.
