  • @emrizwan is your tomcat running?

    If you are using windows make sure that IIS isn't blocking tomcat.

    1. go to start

    2. type IIS,

    3. select IIS Mangager

    4. in the manager make sure that IIS is stopped, if not then stop it.

    5. start tomcat

    I am getting same error even after copying webapps folder in the location specified.

    any ideas?

    i am using tomcate 7.0.25 and eclipse indigo.
