If living a life of fear is freedom then yes these guys are free. heck if I knew I had a billion+ dollar reward for my capture I'd be afraid of stepping out the door.

5) This is my expectation of war: It is guaranteed to involve death, dismemberment and sorrow. It should only be implemented when it is absolutely necessary. Even when it is necessary, it should only be executed by men who are mature and experienced enough to know the gravity of the action itself.

4) Saddam Hussein was supported militarily by the US in the 80s. The very same artillery shells WE gave him are now being turned into IEDs. A car bomb killed another 9 troops yesterday. Expending 3300 brave men and women to kill and capture three men (Saddam and sons) is not winning a war.
