  • If you can do another set you didn't train enough? What about over training, cortisol, etc???

  • @frunkus1981 i make sure, the weight is so heavy and the intensity is so high that the number of sets will be appropriate , example for biceps muscles failure will be reached in the 5th set, no time for overtraining

  • @AverageNowBigLater nooo not on when or why, luimarco did that 3 months ago, he said he would make a video on stretching the whole body TUTORIAL!

  • My body has adapted to all my muscle groups except my legs, meaning i dont get sore the nxt 1 or 2 days apart frm my legs being sore after 2 days. I myself am doing more intence or dropsets, muscle confussion which i have been doing the last month or so has help alot with my training. 100% correct the body gets use to it and we ned to find other ways of confusing the body or muscle for that matter

  • what exactly is that cup i see you using on your vids when you mix your milk and whey then pour it on cereal?

  • @chardmb I'd rather keep my body anabolic. It seems counter productive to run your body into the ground during a training session. I've had better results and just plain walk around feeling better when I keep my training sessions at about an hour or under. That includes warming up.
