Muhammad once saw the corpse of a woman who had been killed in a military action, and he disapproved of it and forbade the killing of women and children. a companion of Muhammad and his successor as head of the Muslim community, advised one of his military commanders: "Do not kill women or children or an aged, infirm person. Do not cut down fruit-bearing trees. Do not destroy an inhabited place."

Unlike you, We Muslims believe that God sent all his prophets starting with Adam and up to Muhammad with one message, God is one. It so happened that God had chosen the Hebrews and the direct descendants of Ibrahim to channel his message. However, God gave up on the Hebrews and sent his last messenger from the first-born Ishmael.

Therefore, Muslims believe we are all from the spirit of God since Adam was the first and he is the father of all humans. This includes Jesus. He was a man born by the grace of God from a woman but not a man. Like Adam who did not have a father or a mother. Jesus had no father. We are waiting for second coming like you do.
