Russell also reveals that ALL THREE of the health facilities on the Pine Ridge Sioux Indian Reservation were closed for the Christmas holiday. These facilities, the Kyle and Wanbli Health Clinics and the Pine Ridge Hospital represent the sum total of our health care facilities for this 4,500 square mile Reservation. These facilities are operated under the "auspices" of the Indian Health Service which is part the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services.

Russell is THE most correct person when he said we all need to return to matriarchy!! Since most Native societies were matriarchial anyway, including the Lakotah, he can't stress it enough! While migrating to Mexico might help the Lakotah, I would love to see Russell Means and his people force the feds to honor the terms of the treaties and contracts made to them! It's time for Native Americans to stand their ground and demand their rights under law just as Martin Luther King demanded payment on a century-old check of rights for black Americans. The Lakotah don't handle captivity very well. They were not created to become productive obedient slaves to the New York-London banking axis. Russell Means is a great prophet for his people and I salute him! I must disagree with his take on patriarchy. I don't see any women doing what he is doing. There are some things only a man with a great spirit can do. Patriarchy may breed tyranny but, a good woman has the power to bridle it but not break it.
