It actually looked like Carcillo let up when he saw Fedotenko falling. At the most, I would have called it interference since Fedotenko didn't have the puck. I hate Carcillo, but this wasn't a dirty play.

people keep saying it's a cheap shot, but come on,it wasn't! And if you notice Carcillo looks honestly concerned when he skates over towards him after the hit.

@modraneth He was trying to play the puck. You can't call interference. Maybe an elbow or something but the whole hit was pretty much within the rule book. At lease Carcillo knew it was accidental and went to make sure he was ok.

I am a huge Carcillo fan, but this was a really hard hit. BUT i don't think he meant it. you can tell that it wasn't an intention to injure. that's why he didn't get a fine or suspension.

Carcillo doesn't take "cheap shots" and he backs his shit up. Don't be bitter because the Rangers suck and Fedotenko pulled a Crosby-esq bitch and whine fest.
If you watch it, Fedotenko hits Carcillo. Carcillo doesn't even see him until he's literally touching him. It's not a cheap shot or intent to injure if he doesn't know he's there.
