While I do like the ZSG and I have read it multiple times, it is not the bible when it comes to Z-Poc, if you really think about this stuff a lot, there is a site called the "Zombie Survival & Defense Wiki" we have a channel on youtube, check us out.

The flaws of the ZSG are pointed out on this site and we will help you perfect your plan.

@308Sharpie I enjoy the Zombie Survival Guide, as well as George Romero's Night of the Living Dead, mostly for aesthetic reasons. The slow moving, rotting zombies are the ones that made me fall in love with the genre and with imagining zombie survival. I prefer that concept, so tend to use that as my basis. (I don't really take Z-Poc, as you call it, all that seriously anyway,)

However, I would be glad to check out the wiki you mentioned, as discussing all of this is certainly fun.

This is coming from a 13 year old so don't judge XD but i'm going to destroy my staircase, get canned food, etc. and wait out till the class 1 and 2 out breaks are over. Then when the class 3 and class 4 (living in the undead world) begins i'm going to survive the zombieland way... steal a cadillac, do what ever you want, and sleep in famous peoples houses etc. I have read the Survival Guide and half of the stuff I would do would get me killed XD but i can't wait i'm ready cmon 2012 BRING IT ON!

All good, you know with the zombies and the water walking, this would not be a problem really as you have to take into consideration tides and sharks. So the likely-hood of a Zombie making it to the island you choose would be fairly slim. lol I too check out buildings as I pass them, asses them for defences lmao fun aint it :)

Yeah this chick is gonna be the first to die... reminds me of scary movie when the fat chick tries to get away from the killer by going thru the doggy door and gets stuck... machete's are a last resort... you have to be too close and you have to deal with arterial spray... bullets may run out of bullets, but fat bitches run out of steam, and swinging a machete full force is tiring
