Here's the Domino's Pizza NFL on NBC halftime report for Week 8 from the early games:
SCORES AT THE HALF (followed by finals and notes):
Chicago 25, Houston 8 (Oilers just added two-point conversion after Greg read the highlight info. Bears went on to win a 35-32 shootout)
San Francisco 24, St. Louis 3 (Defending champs lose Steve Young but still manage to embarrass the 5-1 Rams {led by Ken Norton Jr's first of two defensive touchdowns} 44-10 in final NFL game played at Busch Stadium before the Rams moved to the TWA Dome)
Miami 9, New York Jets 0 (Jets would pick up a rare win 17-16)
Atlanta 14, Tampa Bay 14 (Falcons won 24-21; one of several games in these reports deadlocked at the half)
Jacksonville 20, Cleveland 6 (Jags won 23-15)
Washington 13, Detroit 13 (2nd tie; 'Skins won 36-30)
Carolina 3, New Orleans 3 (3rd game knotted up at the break; Carolina would pull away to win 20-3)
Ads include: A promo for Unsolved Mysteries, Homicide, USAir, Nu-Home TV & Furniture (local chain appearing a lot on my 1995 NFL on NBC tapes) and a WAVY ID
Next is the Kansas City-Denver preview with mention of the 1994 Monday Night shootout between Joe Montana and John Elway.

i really miss those days. no ravens, no texans and the oilers were still in houston. oilers vs. steelers was one of my all time favorite divisional rivalries.
