Underground - Episode 1 - "Belong to Me"

Eric is a poker player for a secret, underground gambling ring at Oak University. He's out on a date with his girlfriend, Lisa, who happens to be the lead investigative reporter for the campus newspaper. While on the date, the two hear a gunshot go off, only for Eric to realize the victim is another poker player in the underground, Vic. The two set off on separate paths regarding the same incident. Lisa tries to uncover the plot behind the murder and reveal the secret of the underground. Eric, who hasn't revealed to Lisa he's part of the underground, tries to get out of the gambling ring before he ends up like Vic, dead and buried, underground.
