Pt 2: While it is kind of you to welcome me to your parish, that is not the point. Having converted from the RCC to ECUSA, the lgbt issue being one of many (ordination of women is another, and we know what Africa thinks of THAT), I am weary and angry (not "lamenting" as the Presiding Bishop likes to call it).

Pt 1: Being a bit less stupid than is supposed, I am well aware how General Convention works. B-033 was bad then, and the Bishops' affirmation of it without a word of comfort (as I wrote clearly above) for lgbt people is the crime. "Equality of all people" doesn't cut it. "All people" were not attacked by B-033, lgbt people were.
