@Ezldor Basic history must be something you're lacking in too. Take a look at Europe's history for instance. How about Asia's history? Africa? Humans are naturally always going to fight, it's how we are all designed.
As for your North Korea comment, they are not strong. Their entire population with the exception of a select few are starving, they can't even properly feed their soldiers. The only reason why they still exist as their own nation is because of the Chinese.
