"Concorde X"- An FSX Film

A Flight from Paris to New York Featuring:

1. Lots of SMOKE!
2. Flight Sim Labs-Concorde X

Yes. I realize there is too much smoke. I didn't write the software. Tell Flight Sim Labs that the Concorde is way too smoky ;) Part of it may be that FSRecorder didn't know how to deal with the effects. In fact, I think the effect is indeed "fire". I did not choose to show this effect.. A glitch perhaps?




Please Enjoy the minimal effects. I think the aircraft and the imagery stands on its own without a lot of effects transitions :)

Hey, don't put yourself down! I'm just the same as you (and a lot of people besides)... I like to try LOTS of different planes too - load them up, hit 'ctrl + e', drop the flaps a couple of notches and take off! Then, when it doesn't work-out, I HAVE to get the instruction leaflet out and sort it out (or I look for help on YouTube where there's usually an answer). If you're enjoying what you do then that's enough.

I happen to know this from my interest in the real aircraft. I've only just ordered my copy of Concorde X! However, the ramp controls are located on the engineer's panel on the real aircraft so, hopefully, they'll be there on the FSX version. Sorry I can't be of more help. Let me know if you reach Mach 2!!

@karlbridge Damn.. I feel silly now. LOL. I dont have the patience to read those kind of details sometimes because I get bored fast with any plane and like to fly several.. I haven't even cranked up FSX in months

You'll need to close the engine ramps (slow the air intak down) in order to make it Mach 1 and above.

Well, Maybe I accidentally hit the "Do cartwheels like a gymnast" by accident or something. lol

Must be a bug because it made zero sense at altitude and and full power.. it wouldn't get up to speed with the reheat on and the fuel and payload fairly low. Something wasn't right.

Don't get me wrong. I love the product but it has plenty of room for improvement

@WakeUpDummies No I do not work for them, I am just saying that their product is very complete one in terms of system simulation, and probably lots of things need to be done exactly by the books.

I donn't have the patience to do everything exactly by the book but I do know that if I simply fly straight and level with AB on and full power it won't get to Mach1 and it just starts doing flips in a very surreal way

@WakeUpDummies Yeah at least I havent heard anyone else complaining about this product having any control difficulties so probably something wrong with your operation or then some random bug.
