u dont need to crumble the rice by hand to keep it from sticking. if the rice is sticking together in lumps its because u cooked them wrong. what u need is to put a little oil in the water when they boil, this way u get non sticky rice!

wtf was that.. that's not nasi goreng at all.. too many shallots and too wet... actually Nasi goreng or fried rice was brought by Chinese immigrants in Dutch era, now Indonesian had their own style..

uh i dont know where that man is from but this is niet nasi goreng..its got too much liquid.it sjould be fried at high temp and dry.not soppy wet
