I don't think it's the worst addiction ever. I'd say food addiction the worst because you can live without cigarettes, alcohol, and drugs but you have to eat for live. If I could give up food without a problem, I would be so happy.

Apparently its hard to quit smoking but personally , i had been smoking weed and cigs for 12 years and i stopped both ''overnight'' without a problem. Kinda proud of that to be honest.

i want my parents to stop smoking, but i don't know what to do, because you said in this video that you can't just tell a smoker to stop smoking :/ and they have like 10 books on how to quit smoking that they've no even read yet

Honostly, I don't get what people find so hard about quit smoking.

I smoked from 15 till 20 and I just stopped. Sometimes I got the feeling 'hmm, I could have a sigaret now', like when I'm waiting for something and just stand there.

But I never got the feeling "OMG I REALLY NEED ONE".
