@Thehamez usually you have to point them behind you to find more balance. i cant resist so much like that, so i point them forward :D

You do it kinda weird. You angle your hands outward. I do it with my hands pointing straight ahead. Do you find it easier that way?

I find the hands are definitly individual base. Do which ever way fits your strengths. I definitly prefer this way, because with fingers foward, I feel like I'm going to break my wrist. So for some reason, I like 80% body weight on my thumbs, lol. Also I'm a gymnast so it's an easy transition from floor the parallel bars to rings, with my wrist turned this way.

hey man i can do a planche and mantain in te same position (with my arms bent) but i cant push myself up..any tips so i can push myself?

psuedo push ups. (basic push up with you hands by your waist). Also incline psuedo push ups. And also, practicing planche push up while walking up a wall.
